We keep your information to the minimum needed to run your booking, and we look after it carefully. Here's what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you make a booking or enquiry we collect the details you give us — your name, email, phone number, the booking dates and (for deliveries) your delivery address and any notes you add. We also keep a record of your booking and its status.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and manage your booking, arrange delivery and collection, process payments and the refundable bond, respond to your enquiries, and send you the confirmation and follow-up emails related to your hire.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details — only Stripe does. We keep a reference to the transaction (such as the Stripe PaymentIntent) so we can issue refunds, including your security bond.
Who we share it with
We share your details only as needed to run your booking — for example with Stripe for payment and our own team for delivery. We never sell your information, and we don't share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. You may also ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
